ALTA /NSPS Land Title Surveys

American Land Title Association in conjunction with the National Society of Professional Surveyors (ALTA/NSPS) has prepared and continues to update the national standard for land title surveys. Every commercial land sale will require an ALTA Survey showing the property, improvements, rights of ways and easements. Our firm will provide an ALTA/NSPS Survey tailored to meet your lenders needs. We work with the client's attorneys to ensure the product will cover the particular needs for every survey.

All of our proposals include an optional fee to prepare legal descriptions and exhibits to meet every requirement from the various entities.

Our firm has the resources to complete your boundary survey. Whether you have a small commercial lot or a large parcel for development, we can survey your boundary and offer a Recorded Survey for your future protection.

Our firm will assist you with the preparation and recordation of your Commercial Subdivision map and the Record of Survey/Legal Descriptions needed to divide the Commercial Subdivision.
