Pierson Land Surveying began operations in February of 2016 offering professional design surveys for our clients. Services include Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, GPS Control Surveys, Commercial Mapping, Land Division and Mapping, Legal Descriptions, Topographic Surveys, Engineering Design Surveys.

Our firm strives to deliver high quality survey data for the engineering and development professional. We work with our engineering partners to gather and present a finished product that will please even the most demanding clients.

Verland K Pierson PLS

Mr. Pierson has over 26 years of experience in land surveying, surveying in the Las Vegas area since 2004. His responsibilities include owner, party chief, survey technician and computer aided design. Mr. Pierson duties have encompassed boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, topographic mapping, design surveys, alignment surveys, and the preparation and recording of these surveys and related legal descriptions. His experience also includes research reports, analysis of special conditions and mapping using scan data provided by the client.
